  • Create a comprehensive timeline of the event

  • Provide timeline to vendors and other appropriate participants

  • Up to 5 hours of service on the event day

  • Confirm all vendors (delivery times, items being delivered, etc) the week prior to the event

  • Attend final meeting with the venue
